These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of corporate board game event services by Dwellingplantips ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") to any individual or organisation ("you", "the Client") that books our services through this website or by direct communication with us. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This document is governed by the law of England and Wales, and, where relevant, complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Dwellingplantips organises board game entertainment for corporate events, including on-site facilitation, game selection, and event coordination services. We are based in the United Kingdom and can be contacted as follows:
Any notices, complaints, or enquiries relating to these Terms or our services should be directed to the contact details above.
Enquiries for corporate board game events may be submitted through our website contact form, by email, or by telephone. An order is considered a request for services and does not constitute a binding agreement until we issue written confirmation, typically sent by email, detailing the agreed event date, scope of services, and price.
It is the Client's responsibility to check the details in the confirmation and notify us promptly of any discrepancies. We reserve the right to decline any booking request, for example where the requested date is unavailable or the venue is unsuitable for the proposed activities.
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling (GBP) and, unless stated otherwise, include facilitation staff, game equipment appropriate to the agreed activity, and event setup and breakdown at the venue. Prices do not include venue hire, catering, travel beyond a reasonable radius, or any bespoke requests not specified in the confirmation.
Payment terms will be set out in the confirmation and invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is due prior to the event date. We accept payment by bank transfer or other methods specified on the invoice. Late payment may result in postponement or cancellation of the booked event.
Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Depending on the notice given, a cancellation fee may apply to cover preparation costs already incurred, the details of which will be set out in the individual booking confirmation.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at info@dwellingplantips.com with details of your booking and the nature of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to work with you to reach a fair resolution. If you remain dissatisfied, you may be entitled to escalate the matter through applicable UK consumer dispute resolution channels.
We take reasonable care in organising and delivering our events. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Dwellingplantips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the provision of our services, including loss of business, profits, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the relevant event.
