A selection of board game events organised for companies around Liverpool since 2022. Each project below outlines the setting, the format chosen and the number of participants involved. We have completed 280 jobs in total for 160 clients across 9 districts, and 41 of those clients booked a second event with us.
Strategy Night, Baltic Triangle Office
A weekday evening session for a 24-person marketing team based near the Baltic Triangle. We set up four parallel tables running strategy and deduction games, with a rotation schedule so every colleague played at least two rounds. Duration: 3 hours.
Interdepartmental Tournament, City Centre Venue
A hired function room hosted a bracket-style tournament for 60 staff from three departments of a logistics firm. Eight tables ran simultaneously, with a scoring sheet tracking wins across two rounds. The finalists played on a central table while colleagues watched.
Client Reception, Waterfront Hotel Lounge
An accountancy firm asked for a relaxed alternative to a standard drinks reception ahead of a contract renewal meeting. We placed six lighter games in a hotel lounge overlooking the waterfront, letting guests and hosts mix informally over roughly 90 minutes before dinner.
New Starter Icebreaker, Speke Business Park
A quarterly onboarding day for a manufacturing company near Speke needed a way to mix twelve new starters with existing staff. We ran two short cooperative games chosen for quick rules explanation, fitting the whole session into a 45-minute slot between inductions.
Summer Party Games Corner, Sefton Park Marquee
Alongside the main summer party marquee in Sefton Park, we ran a dedicated games corner with ten tables for a firm of 130 employees plus families. Games were split between quick-play options for children and longer strategy titles for adults, staffed for four hours.
